1. Acceptance

By creating an account you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

2. Acceptable use

You must not (a) reverse-engineer the SDK, (b) inject recordings from sessions you do not own, (c) attempt to overload or disrupt the service, or (d) use the service to violate any law.

3. Plans & billing

Free, Pro, and Enterprise tiers are described on the Pricing page. Pro and Enterprise subscriptions auto-renew monthly until cancelled. Enterprise contracts supersede these terms.

4. Data ownership

You retain all rights to the data you collect via WatchTower. We use it only to provide the service.

5. Termination

You may terminate at any time via Privacy & Data Rights. We may suspend accounts that violate these terms.

6. Disclaimers

Service is provided "as-is" without warranty of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose. Our liability is capped at fees paid in the previous 12 months.
