1. What we collect

Account data (email, hashed password, name), session recordings and behavioral telemetry you send via the browser SDK, and operational logs of your usage of the dashboard.

2. How we use it

To provide frustration analytics, alert you to active UX problems, and improve the service. We do not sell your data.

3. Data residency

By default, your data is stored in the region you select at signup (US or EU). EU tenants are isolated to EU-only PostgreSQL and ClickHouse clusters.

4. Your rights

You may export or delete your data at any time via Privacy & Data Rights. EU residents have additional rights under GDPR Articles 15–22.

5. Sub-processors

PostgreSQL (managed), ClickHouse (analytics), Redis (cache), MinIO (blob storage), Stripe (billing). All sub-processors are listed in our DPA.
